Some cards are from the imagination, others are a response to a traditional tarot card. Where patterns have emerged at random from the choices we have grouped them together.

The Journey, by Chia-Yu, Tsai Inspired by ‘The Fool’ “The Journey is like surf, follow the wave, and make your own story!!”
Vincent, represents the child who doesn’t understand the tasks set, but who finds joy in participation. They left before we could attribute. But this card also has some strong fool energy.

An Open Space, offers possibility. The card represents a combination of just enough structure and the room for possibility – much like Open Space Processes.
It could be a blank wall or a blank page, or a derelict building.
It is a space that invites engagement.
Cards for change is to some degree an open space, a light structure that invites you to come and play!

They are not there particularly to be bad but a chance for transformation but no matter which path you take it will lead you where you need to be, some night be longer + have different experiences but you will come out with the knowledge that is needed for future parts of your life, to share with others in the world. The Avant Guardian is inspired by this podcast about Clyde Casey. Casey for many years acted as a surrealist bouncer outside a theater in LA. He kept away the bad energy, by engaging with hate and potential violence from a completely different paradigm, mentally and emotionally disarming would be aggressors from a point of surreal humour and an altered reality. Other examples of Avant Guardians include Chip Guy, and Standing Man. Avant Guardians change the narrative, they show that violence need not always be met with violence in order to neutralise aggression (in fact one could argue it only ever increases it and at most internalises and delays a future violent outburst). Instead the Avant Guardian shifts the field of play entirely bringing the aggressors into a different frame of engagement where their behaviour feels out of place and ridiculous.

Collapse
Collapse exists in place-time, it is not everywhere at once. We tend to focus on our projected collapse, rather than those happening in other regions. Collapse creates space for new orders – but we must be aware of what orders we grow from spaces of trauma. We must also be present to background trauma – the pains we accept because they have become the norm. Collapse is unwelcome, but often necessary. Regardless it is inevitable.

Children’s Carousel
Life moves in cycles, like a carousel spinning endlessly, carrying us through different phases of existence. The Children’s Carousel card invites us to embrace the playful, creative, and curious nature of the child’s mind. It symbolizes the freedom of imagination, the joy of movement, and the magic of transformation.
It also encourages us to reflect the patterns of our thoughts. Just as a carousel allows us to switch between animals and objects, we, too, have the ability to change perspectives, explore new ideas, and shift our focus. However, as adults, we sometimes get stuck, riding the same thought patterns over and over without realizing that we have the power to step off, switch, or even reshape the ride.

Shadow work

Be here
Like a flower that pours all its energy into growing each day, the Be Here card reminds us to fully embrace the present moment. The deeper the nourishment, the stronger the roots the more connected we become to the here and now.
When we are truly present, we don’t just nourish ourselves. The sun fuels the flower, the flower offers nectar to the bees, and the bees create the honey that brings sweetness to life. Just as nature thrives through connection, so do we by being here, now, and fully alive.
Sara Igowski
Our wild beloved
This card is about sensing ourselves merging, and becoming one with the Earth… She is loving, and also greatly beloved… By the one… She is wild, and so are we… When one with her love, we become three… Mother, father child. Love. Anchoring Love. Like a tree…

Chicken Club
We don’t need self sufficiency, we need community sufficiency.
Self sufficient systems fail when we fail, whether for emotional, physical or intellectual reasons – we need interdependance to build antifragile systems.
Chicken club is an example – a shared “chicken tractor on steroids” produces eggs and compost from manure, dry leaves and household compost for a number of families.
Scale as needed. Scale across. Cultivate relationships with communities.
Jay Cousins
Everything is Alive and offers knowledge
When we see, the world is filled with life, every rock, every plant every object, every system.
Everything speaks of what it needs, what it wants, what it could be.
We just need to allow ourselves to hear it. Things speak in different ways, different languages and speeds.
When we listen and engage, everything has much to teach us.
Pro-tip: you can even “channel” these things. Adopt their position in a playful way (see everything is alive podcast).

The Well
I designed a tarot card with the image of a well. The explanation of this card is as follows: The well symbolizes the subconscious, deep insights, mysteries, and fate. It represents an inner journey, a dive into the unknown, and sometimes getting lost or being reborn. On the edges of the well, there are shining stars on the ground; these symbolize hope, divine guidance, and the light of awareness, like guiding signs, even in the dark. The energy of the card describes transformation and deep discovery.

GROWDOME
Growing Together, Inside and Out
A space for thriving — where ecosystems and communities grow side by side. The Growdome is a sanctuary for co-creation, where potential unfolds freely, and individuals feel rooted and supported. It reflects the vision of a world where growth means more than productivity — it means harmony, healing, and shared purpose.

This card celebrates the power of collective action, where each contribution matters. A better world is built when individuals work together, supporting one another with purpose, dedication, and shared joy. Teamwork is the foundation of thriving communities.
Co-creation rooted in trust and diversity. Each voice matters, each action contributes. Teamwork allows ideas to grow, challenges to be met, and visions to come alive — not alone, but side by side, hand in hand.
Agnes Friedrich

CONNECTION
The Web That Holds Us All
This card reminds us that everything is interconnected. Every action sets things in motion, every being is linked. A web of relationships that holds everything together. Mutual support, shared purpose, deep listening. True transformation begins when we recognize and honor the bonds that tie us together — with people, with nature, and with the planet. Through connection, we find resilience, belonging, and the power to transform not just ourselves, but the systems we are part of.
Agnes Friedrich
ABUNDANCE
The Gift That Grows When Shared
This card symbolizes the infinite flow of nature’s generosity. Abundance is not about possession, but about trust in nature’s rhythms. It arises in a world shaped by generosity, where giving and receiving are in balance. When we align with these natural flows, we discover that everything we need is already present. It grows when we care for one another, when we share, and when we believe that there is enough — and more — for all.
Agnes Friedrich

UTOPIA
The Future We Plant Today
This card is a vision of what’s possible when imagination meets action. Utopia is not a distant dream — it’s a path we walk by planting seeds today. It invites us to co-create a world that nurtures life, beauty, and balance for all.
A collective vision shaped by care, imagination, and bold action. Rooted in harmony between people, nature, and technology. It’s the journey toward a just, beautiful, and regenerative future that begins with the choices we make today.
